After launch

The care plan.

Most of a good website stays fixed once it's built. What genuinely needs watching is shorter: your contact form, which can discard a message while showing the sender “success”; your listings — your business’s info card on Google, Apple Maps and Bing, the one people see when they search your name. Anyone can suggest changes to it, and Google even publishes some automatically; reviews, which stop arriving the moment nobody is asking; and how Google and the AI assistants describe you, which shifts month to month.

Care plan

$400–500/mo

  • Your contact form tested with a real message — and the spam log checked for enquiries that were silently discarded
  • Your listings checked — Google, Apple, Bing and the rest: hours, address, phone. They can change without anyone asking you
  • Reviews asked for, tracked and responded to — the part that compounds
  • A monthly re-check of what Google and the AI assistants say about you, against the reading taken before launch
  • A plain-language report: what changed, what it means

What sets the price

  • How many locations and listings there are to watch.
  • Whether reviews are part of it. On a hospice the asking is designed with your bereavement staff and run on their terms, which takes setting up once.

I quote it after the build, once I can see what keeping it accurate actually takes.

Month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Reviews build slowly — think in months, not weeks.
